Affiliate Program Terms

1. Program Overview

The JustMake Affiliate Program ("Program") allows approved participants ("Affiliates") to earn commission by referring new paying users to JustMake. The Program is managed by JustMake Labs .

2. Eligibility

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have an active JustMake account
  • Must agree to these Affiliate Terms
  • Must not be an employee or contractor of JustMake
  • Businesses and organizations are eligible
  • JustMake reserves the right to reject applications

3. Application and Approval

  • Submit an application through our affiliate portal
  • Applications reviewed within 5 business days
  • Approval is at JustMake's sole discretion
  • Rejection does not require explanation

4. Commission Structure

4.1 Subscription Referrals

  • 20% recurring commission on all referred Starter, Pro, and Business subscriptions
  • Commission paid for the first 12 months of each referred subscription
  • Applies to both monthly and annual plans

4.2 Marketplace Commissions

  • 30% commission on template sales from referred users
  • Commission calculated on net sale price

4.3 Bonus Tiers

  • 10+ referrals/month: 25% commission rate
  • 50+ referrals/month: 30% commission rate + dedicated affiliate manager

5. Tracking and Attribution

  • Each affiliate receives a unique referral link
  • 30-day cookie window from first click
  • Last-click attribution model
  • Real-time dashboard to track clicks, signups, and conversions

6. Payment Terms

  • Minimum payout threshold: 500 MAD ($50 USD equiv.)
  • Payments processed on the 15th of each month
  • Payment methods: bank transfer (Morocco), Wise, PayPal
  • All amounts in MAD unless otherwise specified
  • JustMake reserves the right to withhold payment pending fraud investigation

7. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates MUST:

  • Clearly disclose the affiliate relationship
  • Use only approved marketing materials
  • Represent JustMake accurately and honestly

Affiliates MUST NOT:

  • Use spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk email
  • Bid on JustMake brand keywords in paid search
  • Make false or misleading claims about the product
  • Use JustMake's trademark without written permission
  • Engage in cookie stuffing, click fraud, or other deceptive practices
  • Create fake reviews or testimonials
  • Promote JustMake on adult, violent, or illegal content sites

8. Intellectual Property

  • JustMake grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive license to use approved logos and marketing materials
  • This license is revocable at any time
  • Affiliates may not modify brand assets

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate with 7 days notice
  • JustMake may terminate immediately for Terms violations
  • Earned, unpaid commissions will be paid within 30 days of termination (unless terminated for fraud — all commissions forfeit)
  • All promotional materials must be removed within 7 days of termination

10. Tax Responsibility

Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes on commission income in accordance with their local tax laws. JustMake may request tax identification information as required by Moroccan law.

11. Limitation of Liability

JustMake is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the Program. Our total liability is limited to commissions earned in the 3 months prior to the claim.

12. Changes to Terms

JustMake may modify the Program terms with 14 days notice. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Casablanca.
